Check before you accept

Open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery agent. Size, colour, condition. If something is wrong, hand it straight back. Returns at the door cost you nothing.

After the agent leaves

We will still arrange a return or exchange, but the courier charge for sending the product back is on you. This is why the two minutes at the door matter.

What we need

The product unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
